W akcję pomocy uchodźcom z Ukrainy angażują się wszyscy Polacy, bez względu na sympatie polityczne, poglądy, przekonania. Otwartość i serce dla uciekających przed wojną wykazują również polscy sadownicy.
Do Polski napływają kolejne grupy uchodźców zza wschodniej granicy.

Do głównych polskich regionów sadowniczych: Grójecko-Wareckiego oraz Sandomierskiego dotarły już docierają kolejne grupy uchodźców z Ukrainy, przede wszystkim kobiety i dzieci. Znajdują oni schronienie w domach prywatnych i zorganizowanych w specjalny sposób doraźnych miejscach noclegowych. W akcję pomocy uchodźcom włączają się całe lokalne społeczności.
W imieniu Zarządu Głównego Związku Sadowników RP chciałbym z głębi serca podziękować sadownikom, którzy przyjmują ukraińskich uchodźców do swoich domów. Już w tej chwili są Was setki i cały czas ta liczba rośnie. Zapewniliście nie tylko nocleg i wyżywienie czy rzeczy materialne, ale przede wszystkim namiastkę spokoju i normalności. W tym trudnym czasie jest to nieocenione. Wyrażając wielką wdzięczność pozwalam sobie tez prosić o jeszcze więcej, bo w tej trudnej chwili to nasz najważniejszy obowiązek -humanitarny i chrześcijański.

Auch polnische Obstbauer helfen den Flüchtlingen aus der Ukraine. In polnischen Obstbauregionen – Grójec-Warka und Sandomierz – sind schon Gruppen aus der Grenze angekommen, während weitere auf dem Weg sind. Sie finden Unterkunft in privaten Häusern und in vorläufig organisierten Übernachtungsstätten. Ganze lokale Gemeinschaften ordnen sich ein, um Hilfe zu leisten.
Der Vorsitzende des Verbandes Polnischer Obstbauern, Mirosław Maliszewski, dankte den Obstbauern.
Im Namen des Hauptvorstandes des Verbandes der Obstbauern der Republik Polen möchte ich den Erzeugern, die ukrainische Flüchtlinge in ihren Häusern willkommen heißen, meinen herzlichen Dank aussprechen. Es gibt bereits Hunderte von Ihnen und diese Zahl wächst ständig. Sie haben nicht nur für Unterkunft und Verpflegung oder materielle Dinge gesorgt, sondern vor allem für einen Ersatz für Ruhe und Normalität. Das ist in dieser schwierigen Zeit von unschätzbarem Wert. Ich spreche meine große Dankbarkeit aus und erlaube mir auch, um mehr zu bitten, denn in dieser schwierigen Zeit ist es unsere wichtigste menschliche und christliche Pflicht.
Polish fruit growers are involved in helping refugees
The main Polish fruit-growing regions: Grójecko-Warecki and Sandomierski, have already been reached by other groups of refugees from Ukraine, mainly women and children. They find shelter in private homes and special accommodation facilities. Whole local communities get involved in the action to help refugees.
Mirosław Maliszewski, president of the Polish fruit farmers’ association, thanked the growers.
On behalf of the Main Board of the Union of Fruit Growers of the Republic of Poland, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the growers who welcome Ukrainian refugees to their homes. There are already hundreds of you and this number is growing all the time. You have provided not only accommodation and food or material things, but above all a substitute for peace and normality. It is invaluable in this difficult time. Expressing my great gratitude, I also allow myself to ask for more, because in this difficult moment it is our most important human and Christian duty.
